There are several reasons for you to be benefited with a voucher:
- It can be created as a result of a return of a Product/Package;
- It can be created by Spot4biz to benefit one or more customers through a promotion/campaign;
- It can be created to benefit you in a purchase of a particular Product;
There is a minimum amount under which the voucher is not applicable. Your voucher will only be applicable if the order is above the given amount.
Any Voucher has three methods to apply the discount:
- Discount on order as a percentage (%);
- Discount on order as an amount;
- Free shipping;
A Voucher can have a time limit (for instance, a discount for weekend). By default, a new Voucher lasts for 6 months.
A Voucher could be limited by number. Either "1" if it is intended for a single customer, or any number if the Voucher is for whoever uses it first (for instance, a promotion for the 50 first customers to uset it first).

Repair Center services computer systems (laptops, desktops, netbooks, tablets and servers), monitors (CRT / TFT / LED), TVs (LCD / LED / plasma), UPSs, HP printers & multifunction (laser and designjet) and Point of Sale systems.
Typical repairs require 10–15 business days (depending on part availability from the manufacturer), except servers that we make a great effort for a quicker response due to the enormous importance of those systems for your business (2-4 business days).

Together we will make a first diagnosis to your equipment to determine the availability of repairing.
If the Technical Support evaluates by this first diagnosis that the unit is too damaged and the repair will be economical unviable, or the equipment is obsolete, the process ends.
Step 2 – Submit an online RMA
To register the process in our database you must fill the RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) and obtain an RMA number. This is the number that will identify your equipment in the repairing process.
Step 3 – Prepare your equipment
Securely pack your equipment, preferably using the original case/packaging.
Write/print your name and address outside the package, as well the RMA number (step 2)
Step 4 – Send/pick the unit for repairing
You can either send us your equipment or request us to pick your equipment at your address.
To request us to pick-up the equipment send us an e-mail with the pick-up address and phone contact of the person responsible for delivering the equipment to the carrier driver/courier.

Step 5 – Repairing Budget
After our technicians make the repairing budget for your equipment they will send it to you by e-mail and look forward to your approval.
You must reply your approval, or disapproval, by the repairing budget e-mail.
There is a 15€ bench fee (taxes included) for all non warranty service work. However, you will not pay the fee if you approve our repairing budget.
Step 6 – Equipment Delivery (Repaired or not)
As in the transportation to the Spot4biz facilities, you can either pick-up your equipment or request us the delivery at your address.
- Under 10Kg – 4€;
- Above 10Kg – 6€
(a) Spot4biz GiftCard Voucher can only be redeemed on the Spot4biz.com website.
(b) Customer can partially redeem the GiftCard Voucher and the remaining amount will be valid and can be used on another transaction within the validity period.
(c) Customers can buy using GiftCard Voucher and pay for the remaining amount (if any) through other payment channels like credit card/ MB/ATM / wire transfer.
(d) GiftCard Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other GiftCard Vouchers.
(e) GiftCard Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
(f) Spot4biz.com is not responsible if a GiftCard Voucher is stolen, misplaced, lost or used without permission.
Spot4biz provides you the possibility to return the product back to us. And we make this policy as friendly as possible so that you can take comfort in ordering the product on our site, with the trust and confidence that if for any reason, if you need to return the product, this process will not be a big hassle for you. We encourage you to read this fully to understand the policy.
Within 14 days of receiving the product, for any reason, if you would like to return the product, we will accept the return and if you opt for refund, we will refund you the full amount with no additional charges.
Above policy is applicable if the product has not been used, product is returned in original packaging with price tags/stickers and there are no visible marks of usage or wear and tear, allowing the eventual resale.
Please contact our customer service personnel before going ahead with any return. They will guide you regarding the rules, applicability, process and logistics. Customers need to produce the original invoice and the items should be returned in their original packaging. Returns can be made through the carrier you want and expenses are supported by you.
Please don’t accept delivery of any shipments where outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. For any reason, after taking the delivery, if you realize and recognize that the product is damaged in any manner, you need to report this to our customer service within 24 hrs. of receipt of the shipment. will bear the cost of returns, repairs or replacements, if the damage is found to be due to mishandling in transit. These returns will not be accepted if there are a visible marks and/or identification of use of the product.
After a period of use of the product, if find some damage, for whatever reason, returns and replacements will be pursuant to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty. Call our customer service to find out the exact details for this specific product.
In case of any refunds, Spot4biz will do the refund in the same manner in which the original payment was made. If the payment is made using a credit/debit card, your card account will be credited for the refund amount. If you have issued a cheque, we will issue a cheque on your name for the refund amount. We will process the refund within 10 working days and make the credit to your card account. In case of cheque, it may take a few more days for the physical delivery of the cheque.
Important to note that during the repair of some digital products, our technicians may be required to delete the data stored on memory cards or hard drives of some equipment. Thus, to avoid permanent loss of your data, we recommend that you back it up, if possible, before sending your product to the Technical Support Service. Spot4biz is not responsible in case of deletion of your data.
Exceptions to Product returns:

Placing an Order
By placing an order through Spot4biz.com, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.
After placing an order for our Products and/or Services, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted by us but it does constitute an offer to us to buy the Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product/Service has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the invoice.
The Contract will only relate to those Products/Services whose dispatch we have confirmed in the invoice. If you have ordered additional Products that are not listed in the invoice (for example because they are currently out of stock / unavailable), these Products will not form part of the Contract until dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate invoice.
(a) The prices indicated on the Website are in Euros and include all taxes but do not include delivery and insurance costs. Buyer can choose possible delivery costs as invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.
(b) We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed.
(c) The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following two exceptions:
a) For products reserved online for store pick up or any other reservation service the price you pay is the price in store on the day of collection.
b) While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
(d) Pricing for undelivered Product may be increased in the event of any increase in Seller’s cost, change in market conditions or any other causes beyond Seller’s reasonable control. Price quotations, unless otherwise stated, shall automatically expire eight (8) calendar days from the date issued and may be cancelled or amended within that period upon notice to Buyer.
(a) Full payment is due promptly upon placing an order on this website. For all other orders upon approval of credit. In addition, Buyer will be deemed to have accepted an invoice upon the fifteenth (15th) day from the date of invoice and no further objections to the invoice will be permitted or accepted.
(b) We take payment from your card or PayPal account at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card or PayPal details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
(c) To ensure that your credit, debit, charge card or PayPal account is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. (e) Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
(a) Spot4biz, using a carrier, can deliver Buyer purchased Products to any country in the world. If you buy online, the cost of delivery is detailed in your ‘Shopping Cart’. Upon arrival at the delivery address, an adult aged 18 years or over must be present to sign for the delivery.
(b) For Portugal and Spain deliveries Buyer have the Chronopost carrier services. For all Europe Buyer have two options for carrier services, Chronopost and DHL. For the rest of the world only DHL services will be available. Tracking Order services are available in Spot4biz.com for both carriers.
(c) Buyer, in Portugal territory, has two options for purchased Products deliveries. First option,normal delivery, Chronopost will deliver Products at Buyer’s home/work/company address, which is registered in the Buyer profile. Second option, Chronopost will deliver Products at “Pick Me!” network stores. “Pick Me!” is the answer for customers who wish to receive orders with the convenience and ease. With a network of 400 stores in Portugal, Pick me! is the response to the survey of Buyers orders, just around the corner.
The “Pick Me!” network stores offer all convenience and ease, 7 days per week, in the most practical schedule for Buyers:
- Proximity: 400 shops at your disposal;
- Convenience: 7 days per week in extended hours, being mostly stores in Malls;
- Alerts by SMS: information about the delivery of your order in store chosen;
- Traceability: information in real time, with the placement of optical terminals in stores.
Buyer shall perform whatever inspection Buyer deems necessary as promptly as possible but in no event later than five (5) days after delivery, after which time Buyer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the Products. Any discrepancy in shipment quantity must be reported within two (2) working days of receipt of the Products. Buyer will be informed by e-mail, at the time of dispatch, the number of packets that make up your order. So, in the event of an under shipment, after that period with no report from the Buyer, Seller assume no liability for any missing package/Product. Usually we recommend an entirely rejection of the delivery to the carrier. When there is a missing package, usually, in almost 100% of times, is a carrier logistic anomaly, and in the next 24 hours all volumes of the delivery, including the missing volumes, will be delivered. But there is a remote possibility for the disappearance of the missing package, hence our recommendation. In the event of an over shipment, Buyer shall have the option to return the Products to Seller at Seller’s expense or alternatively, Buyer may elect to retain the Products (subject to adjustment of the invoice or the issuance of another invoice to account for such additional items.)
Defective Content in Deliveries
If any package in the delivery is defective (e.g. it is corrupted) or if has been damaged in transit, Buyer should contact Spot4biz via firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us. Please, in the e-mail you must inform us about the delivery code/number and you should make a brief comment about the package damaged. You will be entitled to a replacement. This constitutes sole liability to you for any defective content you have purchased. Risk of loss of and damage to the purchased Products passes to Buyer when the person at the delivery address signs for the delivery, don’t report event in the receipt carrier, and do not inform Spot4biz within two (2) working days.
Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability
(a) Seller will transfer to Buyer any transferable warranties or indemnities that the manufacturer of the Product or the third party vendor/service provider provides to Seller. Seller shall have no liability towards buyer beyond the express terms of such manufacturer product warranties. Seller assumes no liability for the quality of the work performed or services rendered by third party vendors/service providers. It is buyer's obligation to request copies of any applicable manufacturer warranties and buyer shall be deemed to have accepted such warranties upon acceptance of the products and/or services.
(b) Seller’s exclusive obligations with respect to a non-conforming Product or Service shall be, at Seller’s option, to repair or replace the Product, if it is determined to be defective, or to re-perform the Service, or to refund to Buyer the purchase price paid for the Product or Service. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the liability of Seller under this Section 6(b) for all claims shall not exceed the sum of Buyer’s payments for the Products or Services which are the subject of the dispute and the foregoing is Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for all claims under this Section 6(b). The foregoing warranties are the sole warranties, express or implied, given by seller in connection with the products and services, and seller disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third party rights and warranties against latent defects.
(c) Replacement Products shall be warranted as set forth in Section 8(a) above. Any Products repaired or serviced by Seller shall be warranted as provided in this Section 8 for the remainder of the manufacturer’s warranty period, counting the invoice date.
(d) No warranty shall apply to any Product that has been subject to misuse, improper testing, assembly, mishandling, or which has been operated contrary to current instructions relating to installation, maintenance or operation, or contrary to industry standards.
(e) Seller disclaims, and shall have no liability for any trademark, trade dress, trade secret, copyright, design or patent infringement, or any other intellectual property right, which may occur, as a result of the sale of Products to Buyer. The only remedy or recourse for trademark, trade dress, trade secret, copyright, design or patent infringement, or any other intellectual property right, shall be against the manufacturer of the Products which is explicitly subject to the limited warranty of the manufacturer of the Product. There shall be no remedy or recourse against Seller or the manufacturer to the extent the infringement arises from or is otherwise based upon (i) the manufacturer's compliance with the particular requirements of Buyer that differ from the manufacturer's standard specifications for the Product; (ii) modifications or alterations of the product other than by the manufacturer; or (iii) a combination of the Product with other items not furnished or manufactured by the manufacturer.
(f) Buyer shall not in any event be entitled to, and seller shall not be liable for, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any nature including, without limitation, business interruption costs, removal and/or reinstallation costs, reprocurement costs, loss of profit or revenue, loss of data, promotional or manufacturing expenses, overhead, injury to reputation or loss of customers, even if seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Buyer's recovery from seller for any claim shall not exceed buyer's purchase price for the product giving rise to such claim irrespective of the nature of the claim, whether in contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise. Seller shall not be liable for and buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold seller harmless from any claims based on seller's compliance with buyer's designs, specifications or instructions, or modification of any products by parties other than seller, or use in combination with other products. If, for any reason, the foregoing limitations are found by an arbitration panel or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or inapplicable under any applicable law, buyer agrees that seller’s total liability for all damages, losses, or causes of action of any kind or nature shall be limited to actual damages without regard to any punitive or exemplary damages provided by any such applicable law.
(g) Buyer acknowledges that this Agreement was entered into at arm’s length and that it was not fraudulently induced to enter into this Agreement, in whole or any part, and Buyer explicitly disclaims and waives any claim with respect thereto.
If any Product includes software or other intellectual property, such software or other intellectual property is provided by Seller to Buyer subject to the copyright and user license, if any, for such Products, the terms and conditions of which are set forth in the license agreement accompanying such software or other intellectual property. Nothing herein shall be construed to grant any rights or license to use any software or other intellectual property in any manner or for any purpose not expressly permitted by such license agreement. Buyer acknowledges and understands that Seller is not the manufacturer of any Products ordered or to be supplied to Buyer and is not liable to Buyer or any third party for any copyright, design or patent issue, right or claim that may arise in relation to any Product.
Subject to any of the limitations expressed in the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, no action by Buyer may be brought at any time for any reason against Seller or the manufacturer more than twelve (12) months after the facts occurred upon which the cause of action arose.
Force Majeure: Seller shall not be liable for its inability to secure sufficient quantities of any Product or failure to deliver due to causes beyond Seller’s reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural or artificial disaster, riot, war, strike, delay by carrier, shortage of Product, acts or omissions of other parties, acts or omissions of civil or military authority, Government priorities, changes in law, material shortages, fire, strikes, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, acts of terrorism, delays in transportation or inability to obtain labor, materials or Products through its regular sources, which shall be considered as an event of force majeure excusing Seller from performance and barring remedies for non-performance. In an event of force majeure condition, the Seller’s time for performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost as a consequence of the force majeure condition without subjecting Seller to any liability or penalty. Seller may, at its option, cancel the remaining performance, without any liability or penalty, by giving notice of such cancellation to Buyer.
No course of dealing or failure of either party to strictly enforce any term, right or condition of this Agreement shall be construed as a waiver of that term, right or condition nor shall Seller’s acceptance of a purchase order be deemed as an acceptance of any terms and conditions therein.
This Agreement (together with any agreements, policies or terms incorporated by reference) shall constitute the complete, final and exclusive statement of the terms of the Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and the transactions between the parties and shall not be modified or rescinded, except by a writing signed by Seller and Buyer. The provisions of this Agreement supersede all prior oral and written quotations, communications, agreements, and understandings of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. Products furnished and services rendered by Seller are done so only in accordance with these terms and conditions. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
As used herein, terms appearing in the singular shall include the plural and terms appearing in the plural shall include the singular. No rights, duties, agreements or obligations hereunder may be assigned or transferred by Buyer, by operation of law, merger or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Seller. Any attempted or purported assignment shall be void. Seller's obligations under these terms and conditions may be performed by divisions, subsidiaries or affiliates of Seller. The obligations, rights, terms and conditions hereof shall be binding on the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. The waiver of any provision hereof or of any breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of any other provision hereof or breach or default hereunder. Any provision hereof which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof in that jurisdiction or affecting the validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
